Per the Listing: "Westside meets Eastside Near to the Expo Train Line stop (opening 4/28!) & take the lightrail to Downtown LA. GREAT for commuters! Rare & amazing Mid-Century Modern home. Per previous owner, designed by KAZ NOMURA, draftsman of EICHLER Homes architect A. QUINCY JONES. Great undiscovered Culver City adjacent neighborhood. Remodeled bathrooms & kitchen with original mid-century style intact. Professional landscaping surrounds the beautiful backyard pool. Full modern amenities such as: Central Air & Heat, Updated Plumbing & Electrical Systems + more!"

Back in January 2009, we first featured this house which was new to the market at the time with a listing price of $775k (it sold in July 2009 for $685k). There was great debate over the pricing of this house at the time (summary of comments: it's too high! overpriced! shut up! look at the comps! racist! housing bubble! etc.) Now it's back 3 years later having been renovated once again and touting proximity to the Expo Line. So, is it worth $849k now? Please note, this one is showing on Saturday.
