Nobu Malibu Renderings, Tortillas on Robertson, Chango Changes, New La Brea Coffeehouse

MALIBU: Eater has renderings for the relocated Nobu Malibu, which is moving across the street from its original home by the Malibu Lumber Yard. Design firm Studio PCH includes lots of clean lines, wood paneling, and a large outdoor patio overlooking the Pacific (expect lots of deals to be made here).

WEST HOLLYWOOD: The former Fat Fish space on Robertson is now the Tortilla Republic, a Mexican establishment. The restaurant, which opened Tuesday, is actually the sister eatery to a Tortilla Republic in Kauai, Hawaii.

ECHO PARK: Neighborhood staple Chango Coffee has reopened after a redesign. There's now a new granite counter, cabinets, longer banquette, and fresh graffiti art inside and out.

HANCOCK PARK: Exciting changes coming to La Brea: Graffiti Coffeehouse is filling in the old Sonora Cafe space. Not only will the two-story venue brew Intelligentsia beans when it opens May 1, it will also feature live music.
