Ridiculously high-priced Malibu rental season has officially launched with the listing of a $200,000 per month house on the Malibu Colony Beach. The property includes two lots, six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a two-room guest cottage, and a courtyard. According to broker/blogger Mike Gardner: "When it come to these prices there are really only two beaches that can consistently find tenants in this price range–Carbon Beach and Malibu Colony Beach."
