Downtown's hotel madness could get even madder--the Hotel Clark, which has been owned by New York-based Chetrit Group at least since 2001, could finally open this year. The hotel will be run by New York's King & Grove and have 347 rooms, two restaurants, and a banquet space. Note, however: we have heard opening reports before. [Downtown News]
