One of the properties we didn't manage to hit on the Venice Modern Home Tour was the M-Vista House by Patrick Tighe. Lucky for us, it's up for sale (though not yet on the MLS). M-Vista's main house has "folded roof planes" and "strategically placed but seemingly haphazard window perforations," and opens into a courtyard with a pool. A pair of boxy structures flank the outdoor area and house a pool house and a guest wing. Asking price is $2.65 million or you can rent for $12,500 a month.
