Well, if the neighbors around Lloyd Wright's Sowden House in Los Feliz harbored any hopes for fewer film shoots and events at the Franklin Avenue property after longtime owner, artist Xorin Balbes, finally unloaded it last year, they must have been short-lived. Via music blog Europopped comes this video for Belgian club sensation AnnaGrace's brand new single, "Ready to Fall in Love," which features the electronica duo lolling seductively around the 1920s Mayan Revival. The Hollywood property also has its very own website now, natch: Sowden House.
