West Hollywood's proposed automated parking garage--which will park and retrieve cars without the help of humans--is coming to fruition, according to a press release from the city. The West Hollywood City Hall Automated Garage and Community Plaza Design Steering Committee will review plans for the garage on March 29. The garage will include 200 spaces for cars, with many stacked on top of each other, as well as a 7,000 square foot community plaza and "entry service area." The plaza is described as an "open space for community events and public use." [Curbed Inbox, image of typical automated garage via made-in-china.com]
