Kardashians' Fake TV Show House in Fryman Canyon is Back

New, 21 comments

You didn't think the Kardashian/Jenners would actually show the television-watching masses the real exterior of their home, did you? Of course not. On later episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, they pretend to live here in this "one-of-a-kind elegance estate" in Studio City's Fryman Estates (because nothing says "elegance" like reality shows and Kardashians). We first saw this house back in 2008, asking $9.995 million--it caught our eye with its many fancy chandeliers, including two over the kitchen island--and again in 2009, when it was chopped to $7.9 million. The house has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms in 7,043 square feet and was "Inspired by the Medici castle in Florence." It features "an 1800 year old fountain" (from 1800?) and sconces from the Paris Opera House, according to its listing, plus more modern touches like an HD/THX theater with a 12 foot screen, a 2,000 bottle wine cellar, an outdoor Viking kitchen, and a saltwater pool with waterfall. According to a blog post at The Agency, the house was also on True Blood and is called the Palazzo di Sono (Babel Fish translation: "Palace of Is." Ok.) Asking price is now $6.495 million.
