Developer Fifteen Group will be going ahead with its new 45-unit townhouse plan for the old Coffee Table site on Rowena Ave. in Silver Lake, reports Eastsider LA, with work starting in the spring or early summer (the cafe was demolished earlier this week). Right now, units are expected to cost about $500k-$600k and one will be set aside for a cafe or retailer, assuming there's interest. In December, Fifteen asked the neighborhood to support a variance that would allow a retail space in the building to go without extra parking. [Eastsider LA]
