This classy Mediterranean in Beverly Hills was designed by Raymond Kieffer in 1925. Its listing informs us that this is the house's first appearance on the market since then, and judging by the photos, it seems to have been well taken care of lo these many years. Located on a .64 acre lot on Rexford Drive just north of Sunset Boulevard, the "original, un-touched condition" residence features four bedrooms, four baths, a library, an office, two fireplaces, an "alabaster-clad bay window in dining room," a sewing room, guest/maid's quarters, and a tennis court (not pictured, curiously). Asking price for the 4,748 square foot house is $5.5 million.
