The dirt on Jennifer Aniston's new A. Quincy Jones-designed house in Bel Air has finally come through--she paid $20.97 million, according to Redfin, and appears to have purchased it all on her own. We first saw the ridic spread, which includes a private vineyard, four bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, a pool, and a guesthouse on more than three acres, listed in 2008 for $29 million. Most recently it was listed at $24.9 million. All in all, Aniston makes out well, since she sold her last LA house (in Trousdale Estates) for $35 million. She bought the Bel Air house from Maguire Properties head Robert F. Maguire III and looks to own it on her own, without (as rumored) boyfriend Justin Theroux, as the trusts listed as the new owners are the same ones that owned the Trousdale house.
