The mayor has signed Studio City's tighter anti-mansionization rules, which limit the size a house can be in relationship to its lot (there are citywide rules, but SC took the option to impose even stricter ones). The rules, approved by the City Council last week, do allow for nine bonus options--you can build a little bigger if you meet other standards, like having smaller stories above the first floor or improved energy efficiency.
