It's nice to see some love coming out of Beachwood Canyon--someone up there is leaving little hearts on curbs, lampposts, bus benches, telephone boxes, and guardrails, and there's even a heart "tucked into one of the historic stone gates that mark the entrance to Hollywoodland." Up on Hollyridge Dr., the LA Times's Nita Lelyveld discovered a five foot long note on a guardrail reading "?Riddle me this: Follow the trail of hearts n hearts, that live to love and then, from a Northwest sea hails a queen for me. Powered by science, moved by art, from now until the end... ?The King of ??? Hearts?." [LAT, image via]
