Alta Hollywood 70% Leased and Getting a New Name

New, 6 comments

There'll be no more confusing the Alta Hollywood apartments, just down the street from Hollyood & Highland, with those other Altas--the building has changed its name to the much more futuristic-sounding Rubix Hollywood. Rubix first opened in the Hollywood apartment boom of 2010 with 218 units, a courtyard with pool, fitness center, and bar and lounge. Units range from studios to two-bedrooms with lofts, with prices ranging from $1,795 to $6,026. According to a press release, "more than 70 percent" of the building is currently leased up. The new name comes with a few new amenities: the pool will get cabanas and a link to the bar for extra ease in the much-beloved drunk swimming experience (disclaimer: don't drink and swim!).
