We first saw this A. Quincy Jones-designed house near the Beverly Hills Hotel back in May 2011 asking a whopping $15.9 million. Sure, it's classic mid-century starchitecture, sits on nearly 1.2 acres, and has a tennis court and pool, two kitchens, a wine room, dining room, and a whole master wing with its own "relaxation room," but that price was still more than $2,000 per square foot. Enter the chop: after a couple delists and relists, today the house came back on the market asking $14.99 million.
