When last seen on the market back in May, this 1907 Craftsman was described as being "in deplorable condition," with "faulty foundation, plumbing, electrical, windows and more." A cash-only sale ("with no representations, warranties or termite report or repairs of any kind"), it traded hands for $295,000, and seven months later, the Highland Park house has flipped back to market sporting that new-house smell and requisite markup. (Not to mention running faucets in the listing photos, which we sincerely hope is not a trend.) Located on the outskirts of HP's quaint Mount Angelus section, the 1,888 square foot residence features, per the listing, three bedroom, three baths, hardwood floors, "character original windows and moldings ... an expansive period kitchen with antique stove, custom wood cabinetry and hand selected Arrabiata marble counters ... original built-ins and wainscoting ... French doors," and an "expansive yard with mature fruit trees." Sited on a 7,320 square foot lot, it's now asking $649,000.
