South Park's 30-story Apex tower finally opened in September after years of bankruptcy-related delays and a condo-to-rental switcharoo. So far, 10 units have been rented (rents range from $1,900 to $10,000 per month) and the owners expect to have the building "completely filled within a year." And there's still no word on what's going on with the unbuilt third part of the complex originally known as Concerto. [Downtown News]
