This Week's Top Stories: Everyone was talking real strange this week, trying to perfect their Northeast LA accent, which is apparently a thing. The nanny state has taken hold of porn penises and slapped a condom on them thanks to the passage of Measure B on Tuesday. So where can bareback porn go now? One of these days Angelenos will find a spot to gather together Downtown, and since Pershing Square and LA Live have been passed by, we'll get together at Grand Park for now. A mid-century home in Glendale has some good bones, some stained glass and a caloric caddie, for a mid-range price of $597k. An underused space hidden underneath the 7th Street bridge Downtown may be transformed to a pedestrian amenity. Although ballots are still being counted (a lot of them), it still appears that the beloved transportation initiative, Measure J, will fail. After two and a half years, sales of residences at The W Hollywood finally appear to be moving along -- applause for the pricechops. Curbed gives you the 411 on the new ExpressLanes on the 110 and 10 freeways.
