HotelChatter notices that the Downtown Ace Hotel has gotten a placeholder page on Ace's site and a very rough opening date of fall 2013. Work is now underway on converting the old (and super lovely) United Artists Theatre building on Broadway (aka the Jesus Saves building); the hotel plans to restore the old UA theater too.
