We love it when these homes pop back on the market -- e.g., this one was first featured on Curbed in January 2009. It gives us a chance to see how the owners have revamped/improved/hideous-ified the home. However, in this case the jerks are recycling the same listing pictures from three years ago. WTF!! Why God? Why? Per our original post, the home had been chopped from $3.75 million to $3.248 million. That pricing didn't seem to pan out as it was later sold for $1.78 million in December 2009. Ouch. Now its back in the optimistic twos, so let's hope this works out well for these folks so they can afford new pics next time.
