Local architect David Hertz is best known for designing Malibu's 747 Wing House using a whole airplane, but he's also pretty good with regular materials (check out his own house in Venice here). Here we have a two-bedroom, two and a half-bathroom house he designed in 2003--it sits on a walk street just a skip and a jump from Abbot Kinney. The house comes with radiant concrete floors, a courtyard with exterior fireplace, a full-floor master with a be-fireplaced terrace, and a three-car garage. Asking price is $2.395 million.
