Though the ad for this one-bedroom a few blocks south of Hollywood High describes it as a "historic property," we've had no luck finding it on the city's historic-cultural monument list, so we can't say why, or even if, it's a landmark. But we can tell you the Spanish-style apartment looks to have lovely deco tile, beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, and other appealing vintage details. Monthly rent for the upstairs unit, which sadly forbids pets, is $1,400.
