According to the listing, the Dorland House by Lloyd Wright (aka Frank Lloyd Wright Jr.) was inspired by the design elements and affordability of dad's Usonia community in Mount Pleasant, New York, but we also see a little bit of John Lautner's gorgeous Schaffer House in here (also on the market, incidentally). The Dorland has two bedrooms, one bathroom, "complimentary stains on large sections of wood panels to create a one-of-a-kind diamond pattern backdrop for the beamed ceilings," concrete floors, walls of glass doors, and a pool. Apparently, Mr. Dorland wrote to Wright Jr. of the house "It isn't like living, it's like being on vacation." Asking price is $998,000.
