Quaint-but-fancy Larchmont Village is super pissed off at Michael Mizrahi, who owns several buildings and businesses on the stretch: neighbors "have slammed him for spending $23 million on four Larchmont buildings, then driving out Larchmont Hardware, Floret Floral Design and Larchmont Village Estate Jewelers and Fine Arts." They're also not so pleased that he said his sit-down restaurant Larchmont Bungalow was a furniture store/takeout joint on the application for city permits. The whole thing is now making its way through the courts. [LAW]
