The units comes with a patio, balcony, or courtyard; washer/dryer; central AC; nine-foot ceilings; and built-ins. Naturally, with a name like The Haventon, it's gonna cost ya: two-bedrooms range from $3,500 to $4,500 a month; three-bedrooms range from $5,500 to $8,000. Here's a three-bedroom going for $5,500.
