Last Paul Williams House Flipped With Big Makeover in Bev Hills

New, 29 comments

It must be flip season--following the re-release of that mid-century modern Volker Traub house yesterday comes this house in Beverly Hills, the last one the great Paul Williams ever designed. It sold for the first time ever this past April (for $3.375 million) and is now back with a little more flipper white and a little less outdated (but kind of charming) color and wallpaper. The kitchen and bathrooms also look pretty well overhauled. According to the listing, this represents an "exhaustive, artistic renovation." The house comes with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a motor court, walnut floors, dining room, terraces, balconies, and a pool. It's asking $5.395 million, but like the Traub already has a sale pending (with backup offers accepted).
