Norwalk is spending $60,490 to appraise its current transit service and study ways to improve it, the Los Angeles Wave reports. The city has its own bus system, the subject of the study, but also has a Metrolink station and the Green Line's eastern terminus, which are not connected to each other (groan). Metro's long-term transportation plan mentions stretching the Green Line three miles east and connecting it with Metrolink. [The Wave]
