As part of the new regulations at Venice's Ocean Front Walk, the city will be enforcing a curfew that outlaws access to OFW and the beach between midnight and 5 am. The curfew covers the entire area, from Santa Monica down to El Segundo. And, in case you were wondering, Venice is still Venice: at a neighborhood council meeting on the matter, "One resident who said she practiced 'earth-based spirituality' claimed the curfew would personally deprive her of access to the Pacific Ocean and its healing powers."
