Ok, this is getting ridiculous. Will one of the rich people left please just buy the How House already? The rather lovely Rudolph Schindler design has been on the market for nearly three and a half years and been chopped and chopped and chopped--this is now a four bedroom, two and a half bathroom house in Silver Lake asking $1.495 million. When you throw in that it was designed by one of the great twentieth century architects (plus has a garden designed by Richard Neutra, one of the other great twentieth century architects), and has been "fully restored and updated" by seasoned preservationist Michael LaFetra, it's downright cheap. We refuse to see another chop on this one, people. Make the sale happen.
