Hollywood Unbound reports that new parking rules have gone into effect in the permit-only area around Runyon Canyon's Vista Street entrance: "The parking restrictions on these segments of Franklin Avenue and Gardner Street have been changed to prohibit non-residents (e.g. visitors to Runyon Canyon Park) from parking on those streets on the weekends. As you can see in the photo, the new restrictions are: No Parking Anytime Except; 2 Hour Parking 8AM-7PM Monday thru Friday."
