Today Bravo released a sneak peek of Shahs of Sunset, the slightly more tan version of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (it's produced by Ryan Seacrest and looks inside the Persian community in Beverly Hills). The show will debut on March 11 and follows six castmembers--a commercial real estate guy, a residential developer ("specializing in building multi-million dollar homes specifically for the Persian community"), a woman supported by her father, a real estate agent, a "prominent player in the Los Angeles real estate world," and a singer/artist who's "prominent in the Venice artist scene." And judging by the preview, the show isn't going to go out of its way to bust up any stereotypes (except maybe for car brands--we didn't spot a single Bimmer). So this should be ridiculous!
