We may well live to see the WeHo Walgreens mixed-use project through, after all. The very controversial plan, which includes 20 housing units and groundfloor retail at Santa Monica and Crescent Heights (home of Tasty Donuts), has finished a final environmental impact report, and the document is set to go before the planning commission tonight, reports WeHo Patch. The city ordered the project to go through the EIR process back in 2009. [WeHo Patch]
