Brokers Droning On

The Hollywood Reporter looks at the latest crop of wacky broker tricks being used to sell high-priced houses, including an aerial drone that takes bird's eye listing shots. A company called HeliMalibu charges up to $500 for still photographs (up to $1,800 for video), which is a bargain compared to helicopters. The drones have been used to shoot former Arch Digest owner Bud Knapp's Hugh Jewell Jacobsen in Bel Air and Brad Grey's former-Frank-Sinatra house in Holmby Hills. [THR]
