We first noticed that creepy FX show American Horror Story was haunting this Country Club Park house back in October, but it got a ton of attention last month when it was announced that it would be going back up for sale (the show is moving on for season two). The house was designed by architect Alfred Rosenheim for himself back in the 1900s and it's been on and off the market since 2004. Last we saw, it was listed in January 2011 for $4.5 million. Yesterday it returned to the MLS, leading with its part "on the hit FX television show 'American Horror Story' and asking...$17 million. No doubt the house is lovely, with tons of Tiffany glass, original Batchelder tile fireplaces, beamed ceilings, antique gold and silver leaf ceilings, a solarium, and a detached ballroom. But if it isn't moving at $4.5 million, one season of a TV show that makes the house look like it might kill you is probably not going to help that much.
