That insane single-family house in Vermont Square that was converted into 40+ rental units is getting emptied out today, reports NBC LA. "Dozens of residents" are packing up after the Housing Department and the Department of Building and Safety discovered the situation and found the structure's foundation may not be strong enough to hold up its third floor.
