Here's something a little homier than what we're used to seeing in Bel Air, although it is in lower BA (Update: Snobbery failure--it's upper BA that you're supposed to turn your nose up at). There's still plenty of space--five bedrooms and three bathrooms on two levels totaling 3,392 square feet--which holds "massive flagstone fireplaces," cork floors, laundry room, patio, an "oversized double garage w/ a lower bonus room," and a two-lane lap pool. The house was built in 1963, but has been "Remodeled and restored," according to the listing. Asking price is $2.395 million.
