A South Bay church has gotten County Supe Mark Ridley-Thomas concerned about strip club density--they're opposed to the imminent opening of the Bay Girl Gentleman's Club, which will be less than a mile from an existing Spearmint Rhino strip club. KTLA reports that "Currently, there are no restrictions on the concentration of strip clubs in any one area, but Ridley-Thomas has also asked the [L.A. County Department of Regional Planning] to reconsider that issue." Strip clubs already have to be at least 500 feet from any churches. [KTLA, image via]
