Paul Williams-Palooza: One in Bev Hills, One in Los Feliz

New, 8 comments

It's a Paul Williams grab bag this week on the MLS--one of the architect's houses has hit the market, another's come back with a pricechop, and the two are about as different as can be. Entry one is a 1935 Georgian Colonial in Beverly Hills with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a fireplace, formal dining room, guesthouse, and pool with changing rooms, all on about three-quarters of an acre. It's just hit the market asking $7.875 million.

Across town in Los Feliz, this 1927 Spanish Colonial Revival has been pricechopped down to $3.1 million. The four bedroom, three and a half bathroom house has a loggia in back, terraces out front, and a pool. It was originally listed in October 2010 asking $3.295 million.
