Cue the happy bluebirds--the Los Feliz estate that Walt Disney built for himself in 1932 has found its prince (or princess) and a happy ending, selling over asking after only about a month on the market. The house was listed in late July, asking $3.65 million, and went into escrow in early August. It closed in late August with a sale price of $3.7 million. Jody Margolis, the buyer's agent, couldn't tell us much about the buyer, but did say that whoever it is "has a deep respect for the Disney legacy and is planning on restoring the house."
