Here's a juicy and very inside baseball bit of LA real estate agency gossip: Real Estalker is hearing that Mauricio Umansky of Hilton & Hyland and Billy Rose and Blair Chang of Prudential Beverly Hills are all jumping respective ships to form a new boutique brokerage called The Agency. It's all very season three of Entourage (in our heads), but, as RE points out, could be extra awkward because Umansky is married to Hilton & Hyland partner Rick Hilton's sister-in-law Kyle Richards (of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills). RE says there's already a memo going around about The Agency--you know where to send that if it comes your way. [Real Estalker]
