Earlier this week, developer AEG presented a draft parking plan for its proposed Downtown NFL stadium that completely ignored Pico-Union, the working class neighborhood just on the other side of the 110 Freeway from AEG's LA Live. AEG has brought both jobs and garish multi-story LED billboards to the neighborhood, and while some residents feel the developer's improved the area, some feel left behind by Downtown's revitalization.
