Blogger Brigham Yen did us all a favor and surveyed Chinatown and its many ongoing and forthcoming developments. Chinatown Gateway and the Lotus Garden affordable housing project are in medias res, but the Yale and Ord Park and the eagerly-anticipated Blossom Plaza both have yet to break ground. Blossom Plaza made strides recently when the Community Redevelopment Agency of Los Angeles selected developer Forest City for the project. [Brigham Yen/Downtown News]
