Serial significant house-buyer Michael LaFetra is always up to something. The last time we checked in on his attempt to unload this Bel Air house designed by Paul Williams, he had just made his first pricechop, from $10.749 million down to $9.995 million. Three days ago and three chops later, this Copa de Oro five bedroom, six and a half bath has been reduced to $8.195 million. This is probably a smart cut, considering the house has been listed for nearly 300 days. And LaFetra's still about $800,00 away from taking a hit.
