The last time we checked in on his attempt to unload this Bel Air house designed by Paul Williams, he had just made his first pricechop, from $10.749 million down to $9.995 million. Three days ago and three chops later, this Copa de Oro five bedroom, six and a half bath has been reduced to $8.195 million. This is probably a smart cut, considering the house has been listed for nearly 300 days. And LaFetra's still about $800,00 away from taking a hit.
