This Brentwood house, asking $1.199 million, looks like it's weathered a small tornado (INSIDE the house), but it's already under contract after just a month on the market. There's no way that the MLS photos like the one above could have sold the potential buyers. Those curtain holders are impressively sloppy, and even though it looks like the owners have moved out, the one non-kitchen room shown is staged with an odd mish-mash of furniture (why not just remove the deeper-than-it-is-tall television?).
