Laly Dobener, the 72 year old West Hills woman whose 24 foot tall lawn cross has been pissing off the neighbors, has been cited by the Department of Building and Safety. She'll have to pay $336 and has 30 days to either take the cross down or bring it up to code and get a permit. Dobener says she intends to get a permit. [LADN, image via, previously]
