Hollywood Sign Viewing Spot Wars: Traffic Study

New, 9 comments

The Hollywood United Neighborhood Council has approved funding for a Department of Transportation study on "safe public access" to Lake Hollywood Park, reports Patch. The study is, of course, related to the ongoing Hollywood Sign Viewing Spot Wars--Lake Hollywood Park is one of the most popular viewing spots (which a lot of the neighbors hate). Patch says: "The vote that passed at Monday's meeting will fund a DOT consultant who can ideally determine the best route residents and tourists can take to see the sign, factoring in conditions such as traffic, safety, nearby homes and noise."
