Former William Morris chairman Jim Wiatt was supposedly moving to New York City in 2010, amid rumors that he was "run out of town" over WMA's merger with Endeavor (a lot of people resented the loss of the old LA institution, in addition to the loss of jobs). In May that year, he and his wife listed their 11,544 square foot house in the Pacific Palisades for $19.5 million. But apparently he didn't take to New York--in September, he took a job at Aol. in Los Angeles and the house was pulled off the market. Earlier this month he and his wife announced their separation (and said they'd keep living together in Brentwood), and now, a year to the day after the Palisades house was delisted, it's back with a big reduction. The house has five bedrooms, twelve full bathrooms, five half-bathrooms, a wood-paneled library/bar, a dining room, a patio with radiant heating, a pool, cabanas, a guesthouse, and a fancy-looking play area. The new asking price is $16.5 million.
