Piero II, the latest from faux-Tuscan fortress builder Geoff Palmer, is set to open in October in Central City West, according to the Downtown News. P2 sits at Bixel and St. Paul and will have 335 apartments, a spa, a theater, communical barbecues, and a pedestrian bridge over St. Paul to connect to big brother Piero I. It'll also have a library--we're pretty curious to see what that collection looks like. [Downtown News, image via]
