This one might be a little confusing to basin people: the residents of an area called Woodley Hills want to ditch their North Hills addresses and become Northridge-identified (they don't want to change the neighborhood boundaries, just the addresses). A proponent of the idea says "If you came up here, you would see the homes are on larger lots and more like those in Northridge than North Hills. We are adjacent to Northridge and most of the residents here do most of their shopping in Northridge or Granada Hills and our kids go to schools in Northridge." [LADN]
