First Time on the Market For Pasadena Mid-Century on 7 Acres

New, 33 comments

This 1961 house to the west of the Rose Bowl was designed by architect Theodore Pletsch, who "designed hundreds of homes in a variety of architectural styles," plus lots of other buildings around the San Gabriel Valley, according to an LA Times article from the eighties. The listing says it's only had one owner and has been "lovingly cared for by the family since its construction," in addition to being "meticulously restored to its original condition." On top of that, it sits on 6.85 acres of Pasadena land, which the listing says is "usable," and it has a pool and basketball court. Asking price is $2.8 million.
